The Pant Project raises ₹109 crore to grow from 25 to 150+ stores
Menswear brand The Pant Project has raised ₹109 crore in a Series B led by Mirae Asset Venture Investments to expand its stores and range.

A brand that started by selling just trousers online is now going big offline. The Pant Project, a premium menswear label, has raised ₹109 crore in a Series B round.
Who invested
The round was led by Mirae Asset Venture Investments. Existing investor Sorin Investments also joined, along with family offices and angel investors including Anisha Saraf, B&K Securities, MGA Ventures and B2V Ventures. The company also secured venture debt from Alteria Capital.
The founders and the product
The Pant Project was founded by brothers Dhruv and Udit Toshniwal. It began as a digital-first brand focused on fit, fabric and comfort for Indian men. Its products include Malai Pants and Inklock No Fade Black Jeans. It sells on its own website, on Myntra and Amazon, and in its own stores.
Its investor Sorin says revenue has grown more than 5x since the Series A round.
The big plan
The company wants to grow from 25 exclusive stores to more than 150 over the next two to three years. It will also add jeans, athleisure and casualwear, and invest in retail technology that connects online and in-store shopping.
CEO Dhruv Toshniwal says starting online gave the brand the data, product knowledge and brand value to now go deep offline.
Why it matters
More Indian D2C brands are learning that online is a great start, but physical stores help them reach many more customers. The Pant Project is a strong example of that shift.
