Ex-PharmEasy founders' Chapter Home raises ₹63 crore at a near ₹1,000 crore valuation
Home and kitchen brand builder Chapter Home has raised ₹63 crore in equity and debt from Bessemer, Stride Ventures, Tanmay Bhat and family offices.

Chapter Home, a young company building home and kitchen brands, has raised ₹63 crore through a mix of equity and debt. The round values the company at nearly ₹1,000 crore, which is big for a startup founded only in 2025.
Who invested
The round saw participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, comedian and influencer Tanmay Bhat, and some family offices.
The founders
Chapter Home was started in 2025 by Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain and Dheeraj Goyal. The team was part of the founding and leadership teams at PharmEasy, so they have built a large consumer business before.
What it sells
The company builds separate brands for different home and kitchen needs: bed and table linen, cookware, home décor and small kitchen appliances. It entered the market with HOKIPO, an online home-furnishings brand. Chapter Home says it uses AI across the business, from product listings and content to demand forecasting and customer targeting.
Where the money goes
The funds will go into product development, new categories, technology and brand building. It will also grow its omnichannel network, including physical stores that are being developed now.
Co-founder Nitin Chugh says buyers want better design, trusted quality and a good experience both online and in store, which is why the company is building a focused brand for each category.
Why it matters
Investors are still backing experienced founders in consumer brands, especially those who mix online selling with offline stores.
