Rojgar Suvidha: an app born from a cyber cafe queue, built to fill sarkari job forms for students

It started with a familiar sight: students from a village standing in a long line outside a cyber cafe, waiting to fill a government job form. One young man watched that line and decided to build an app. That app is Rojgar Suvidha.

The problem with sarkari job forms

Filling a sarkari naukri form is not easy. Students often face:

• Hours in line at a cyber cafe
• ₹100 to ₹200 in fees just to get a form filled
• One mistake, and the form is rejected

Lakhs of students go through this every day, especially in small towns where help is limited and every rupee counts.

Everything in one place

Rojgar Suvidha was started to solve this problem. It is a platform where the latest government job notifications, admit cards and results are all available in one place, so students don't have to keep checking multiple sources.

The game changer: Apply For Me

The feature that stands out is Apply For Me. A student uploads their documents from home, and the Rojgar Suvidha team does the work of filling the form. No cyber cafe, no line, and no fear of the form getting rejected over a small error.

For a first-time applicant from a small town, that can make the difference between applying on time and missing out.

A small-town problem, a simple solution

What makes Rojgar Suvidha a true startup story is where it comes from. It is a big problem faced in small towns, met with a simple solution, built by someone who saw the problem up close.
