Who publishes here

Every article, image and video on day1startup.com is published by the Day1 Startup Media team. Readers cannot upload or post content on this site, so there is no user-uploaded material here. We credit our sources and use images we make or are given permission to use.

Ask for a correction

If a story has a wrong fact, name, number or date, send us:

1. the link to the story,
2. what is wrong, and
3. the correct information, with a source if you have one.

We check every request. When we fix a story, we update it.

Founders: update your startup's story

If your startup is featured and your details have changed (a new website, a name change, new funding), message us with the link and the new details.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe something on this site uses your copyrighted work (text, a photo, a video or a logo) without permission, send us:

1. the link to the page and a description of the material,
2. what your original work is, and proof that you own it or act for the owner,
3. your name and how we can reach you, and
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed.

We review every request and remove or replace the material quickly when the request is valid. If you are the person who supplied the material and you think it was removed by mistake, contact us and explain why.
