Scrappo brings doorstep scrap pickup and disposal to Mumbai

Every home and office collects things it no longer needs: old newspapers, cardboard boxes, broken electronics, furniture nobody uses. Getting rid of them properly is often a hassle. Scrappo, a Mumbai-based startup, wants to make it simple.

Pickup from your door

Scrappo is a doorstep scrap pickup and disposal service. People can sell, clear and responsibly dispose of unwanted items without carrying anything anywhere. Scrappo handles the process from pickup to proper disposal.

What it takes

• Newspapers and cardboard
• Metals
• E-waste
• Furniture removal and dismantling
• Home and office clearance

Why it matters

In a busy city like Mumbai, most people do not have the time to find a scrap dealer or arrange a clearance. A simple doorstep service saves that effort.

There is a bigger benefit too. When scrap is collected properly, recyclable materials can reach the right channels instead of ending up in a landfill. Scrappo is building a more convenient way for Mumbai to deal with old and unwanted items, while helping recycling along the way.
